The fact that I, a person born in 1988 who had a childhood without cell phones and internet everywhere, am considered the same generation as a person born in 2000 who had iphones in middle school, is fricking ridiculous. Our childhoods aren't remotely similar. My childhood was much more similar to someone who was born in 1976 than 2000.
