One thing I am confident in is that Barack will go down as the worst president in modern times. He beats out Carter because Barack was the CEO of one of the most corrupt administrations in history.

The only reason he might not go down as such would be that the people writing the books will prop his worthless arse up.
The amount of pretzel logic needed to explain how a guy whose economy sucked and whose legacy was all overturned by the next president was such a good leader would be both infuriating and hilarious.
