We used to enjoy the one in Bossier. It once had pretty decent food and really good service.

Seems to have fallen off in recent years, but I only go about once a year now when someone else suggests it.

Going there now makes me sad when I see the Pancho's that was next door is no more. Not that I ever ate there after in recent years, but many childhood memories of that place.

Panchos closed? Damn. We used to get “The Taste of Mexico” once a week for take out. It was a giant grocery bag full of just about everything on the menu. It was either $19 or $24 and would feed a family of five. Hell of a deal and some of their items weren’t half bad. Better than Taco Bell but worse than legit Tex Mex.
