Burrow hasn’t had any significant or meaningful game action since arriving at Ohio State in 2015, but he’s arguably been the best quarterback in all three spring games he’s played. His accuracy was on full display again on Saturday, as Burrow completed 15 of 22 passes for 238 yards, 2 touchdowns and no interceptions.

It was the most accurate showing of the three, and it once again reinforced that Burrow might have the highest floor of the three.

“I think if they were to go with me I think that would be the area that put me over the top,” Burrow said of his intangibles. “Obviously Dwayne has an arm that you don’t see a lot, but I have a pretty good arm, too. I think my leadership and my intangibles really came alive this spring.”

I’ve watched all three of his highlights from the three Spring games; and if I’m not mistaken, his team has won every single one of them.

One of the things I love about him most is what’s between his ears. Son of a coach, has more maturity than most grown men, and graduated in three years - that’s big, can spend a lot of time in the film room. This is what made Mettenberger turn the corner his senior year.

And don't forget HUNGRY AS frick.

Kid wants to get it. Wins ship and goes pro.

He will be a top round draft pick before all is said and done.

He has more toys than he had at Ohio St.

Remember Chase comes next month also. Our receiving Corp about to go HAM on the SEC.

I crave a QB with accuracy more than I craved cocaine back in the day.

One causes ungodly amount of frustration; the other temporary discomfort. Too old for that level of frustration.

How could you possibly say that’s debatable? LSUs receiving corps is way better than OSU. We have like 7 receivers that would start anywhere else in the country

JJ looks great in practice...
Still waiting for true data that this hype is based off of?
Playing great in spring games and 4th quarter routes.
I hope all you guys are right and he is "that" good but I'll believe it when I actually see it on the field in a real game against a real opponent.

Sure but all of our WRs are unproven.

I would bet that OSU also has 7 WRs who would start almost anywhere else.

Not to mention a better OL and better RBs.

Definitely debatable.

As long as I don't see any articles about him being awesome at a Manning Passing Academy I will stay super confident in his abilities

We had an elite haul this year but You are exaggerating. It’s Ohio state. They recruit too.

Richard Murphy was talented, just injury prone.

Talent and Hungry

Baton Rouge is ready for a QB

I think Joe is going to tear it up - I hope Joe is going to tear it up - I am waiting to watch Joe tear it up.

He will have to win the job but just from what I have seen from the spring games at OSU, I think he will win the job.

There can only be one starting QB and these guys understand that. We have 3 guys that will be sitting and unless JM wants to go to someplace like Southeastern he will just have to sit. Any QB that sees the hand writing on the wall and wants to transfer, I totally understand.

The other 2 young guys I just don't see them moving on.

We shall see !

We have good unproven receivers but OSU has 6-7 proven highly athletic receivers....not only there, but toys everywhere.
