For 3 weeks I take 3 pair of pants including what I wear on the plane. 4 shirts, 4 boxers 4 pair of socks, toothpaste/brush, a small 2 oz bottle of Dr Bonner's soap and deodorant. You know they have stores over there too?
Packing cubes and a M/L carry on backpack are all I bring. We bring a collapsible duffle bag for the return trip to check.
You really should try packing cubes and 1 carry on for a week long trip, and see how you like it. I don't understand how you are traveling to that many cities with 3 bags. That's a pita packing and unpacking it all.
This is basically what I take. Golf type polo shirts, 1 nice button down, 1 pair of shorts, and 3 pairs of golf pants.
Soooo many things on there are 'as needed' and the chemists over there will sell you almost everything but antibiotics over the counter.

Rolling all of your clothes helps to save space.
I do bring small travel-sized hygiene items. But, it's really just to hold me over until I get to the store.
I don't mind buying stuff when we get there and leaving whatever isn't used (toothpaste, mouthwash, etc).
Plus, it's fun to see what kind of crap they use.

I've started using Packing Cubes the last couple of trips. Still trying to see if I like them or not. Certainly great for stuffing things, particularly if you roll non-wrinkle items.
