If someone gets a bad lip injection, it's not permanent right? To maintain it, how often do you have to get them?

Also, when you see discounts for things like lip injections.. Are the places that offer them likely not the place you would want to get that done? If I was getting anything done on me, I would want to make sure I am going somewhere that uses the safest products, etc.
