What is the best thing to get rid of dollar weed?

2,4D should handle that pretty easily.
Ive been able to eliminate pretty much everything with the use of 2,4D and MSMA

I don't think that picture is of dollar weed. However 2-4-D will take care of it in 2 applications but it is getting a little late in the year to use it.

Hell that almost looks like a strawberry plant.
