Never. Everyone i talked to tried different times but still a long line. But you can go to an outlier parish sheriff's dept and get prints done alot quicker (livingston is where i did mine and i assume Ascension etc will too).

somewhere in chalmette you can do them when the guy isn't taking his coffee break
