The parts that are done look really good.

And they say this should dramatically help the smell, so that's awesome. New Orleans rightfully catches tons of shite for their misuse of public funds, but I agree this needed to be done.

The lifeblood is tourism. They need to make sure that segment of revenue stays strong and the FQ roads were atrocious and smelled like burnt hair mixed with sour milk, piss, and diarrhea.
