You are correct, Hillary did not "sell" Uranium to rosatom. She was part of a group, consisting of Obama's cabinet, who approved the sale of a company that owned a uranium mine in Wyoming to a Russian owned company. Obama's entire cabinet is guilty.
Hillary is just the one who laundered $100+ million through her foundation.
And mmmmmmmbeer will be very disappointed if he googles Uranium One shipping to Canada. They most certainly exported uranium out of the US. There are already convictions related to this exporting and associated bribery and money laundering.
