Holding other people back from their next best opportunity is a real shitty move.
As you can plainly see from NFL Quarterbacks, they’ll flounder at one club and win the Super Bowl at another.
Give them a nice reference and forget about it.
Yeah and I have seen no correlation between how someone performs as an intern and how they perform as a real world employee. I have seen some stellar interns that when pressure is put on them at a real job they fall apart and I have seen some horrible interns that are earning more money than an operator because they are so good when it really counts.
