Griddle.

Griddles are easy to cleanup. You literally do the exact same thing that the hibachi chef at a Japanese restaurant does to clean the griddle.

Those griddles are too small. I have always disliked them. I would just get an 8 burner Wolf and use a steel or cast iron griddle on the burners if you want a griddle.
