Bench Press: 225 3x1 and 210 3x3
Bent Over Barbell Row: 150 3x6

DB Bench Press with 3 sec Iso Holds at bottom: 2 warmup sets, 3x6 65 lb DBs
SS:
Lat Pulldowns with hold ALAP on last rep of each set: 3x12 120 lbs
Face Pulls: 3x25 30 lbs
SS:
Wide Push Ups with 5 sec Eccentrics: 4x10
T-Bar Rows: 4x15 45 lbs
Barbell curls: 1x50 45 lbs
SS:
