Deadlifts from Blocks: 7 warmup sets, 310x4, 280x6 AMRAP
GS:
RDL with Lat tension band: 115 lbs w 40 lb band 3x11
Reverse Lunge w Front foot Elevated: 40 lbs 3x9
Pull ups: 3x5
SS:
Face Pulls w/ external rotation: 30 lbs 4x20
Sprinter Sit Ups: 4x12

Deadlifts: 405x1 365x3 and 325 3x6
Bench Press: 225 3x1 and 210 3x3
Bent Over Barbell Row: 150 3x6
