RDL with Lat tension band: 115 lbs w 40 lb band 3x11
Reverse Lunge w Front foot Elevated: 40 lbs 3x9
Pull ups: 3x5
SS:
Face Pulls w/ external rotation: 30 lbs 4x20
Sprinter Sit Ups: 4x12
