Still a little sore from 220+ push-ups on Monday, but I decided to work up to a 1RM on Bench today.

310

No misses but I couldn’t have put a lb more on 310.

Still, it’s only 20lbs off my 1RM and 6 weeks or so after I couldn’t even bench due to a pinched nerve in my left shoulder.

Low bar wide squats with superset box
(1x box then 1x wide stance squat)

Way too light and didn't want to do anything else.

My mobility is holding me back. My chest and back don't get properly warmed up till 500.
