First squat day in over a month. Knees making noise. Wearing neoprene sleeves as always.

Back squat low barish

Put on belt
275 x 3
295 x 3
Felt heavy moved slow
315 x 1 purely for bruised ego was ugly and I’m sure a little high
225 x 10 with belt
