I haven't been posting, still been doing the work, though.

Boring But Big: Beefcake Cycle 2, Week 2, Day 3

Kettlebell Swings 35 x 3x10

Deadlift
230/265/295 1x5
230 5x10

Band Pullaparts - 100 in 4 sets
Dips 5x10

Burpees: I'm going to try something different to get to 100 in 5 minutes since I've been stalled out for the last two weeks. today I did 5 emom for 5 minutes. Nest session will be 6 emom, and so on.
