Lunch workout.
20 minute run at the park, made it just over two miles.

25 minute EMOM circuit I found online.

15 pull ups
25 push ups
20 sit ups
20 broad jumps
15 burpees

It started getting pretty spicy at round 4. Finally feeling pretty good again. Need to shed some weight.
