Friend is able bodied but had handicap plates for losing a part of himself in Afghanistan. However, if you look at him getting out of the car he looks normal
When I was in college my friend would use my van to go off campus sometimes and he use to like to frick with people. He would park in a handicap spot, put the ramp down and walk out of it...
It was pretty funny. Because when he first did it on campus, there were people walking by and we were outside across the street waiting for him. He parks, puts the ramp down, gets out and walks away and there were people all turning around looking at him like "WTF?".

Chris why do you constantly tell lies? It’s really sad. I knew you before, during and after college and none of that ever happened.
