The VAST majority of southerners could care less about a person being black or mexican. The people in my company only dislike the folks who dont do their jobs or do them poorly.
It is people like you, who put up with and support bad people that cause all this friction. These bad people are a small percentage and if everyone stood up to them and minimized them like they should they would not be nearly as big a problem.
Its like the trans people. They make up like 0.01% of the country but a lot of people bend over backwards for them and that gives them a voice.

Dems have to keep the "racism" and "sexism" going or they couldn't divide and conquer. If there was no racism or sexism, etc... the Dems would never win another election. They WANT it to continue...and they MAKE it continue.
