I am aware, I am also aware that those tax dollars do not go to the designated areas due to the corruption that I can not control.
Just like casinos in Louisiana was supposed to go into education and road repair but that hasn't happened like planned.

If you read anything I don't believe everyone should get a raise, I believe those deserving need a raise. I've scored a 3 or 4 on every end of the year for the last 5 years yet I've only received 300 in bonuses and 400 in raises.
Not sure how anyone can argue this is fair based on what I've done and accomplished. However, many feel that teachers are glorified babysitters and don't deserve nearly what they're paid.
