re: Bird feeder squirrel deterrents that work

You can't win. They have all the time in the world.

My last attempt was a feeder with pressure bars that close if anything heavy sits on the feeding area.

Was looking out one morning and heard a loud slamming noise and the feeder was swinging.

Took a few times for me to realize what was going on.

Those fricking squirrels were dive bombing the feeder, knocking the seeds out without even getting on the pressure bars.
