He better not be, his job is to investigate CRIMINAL matters. Nothing Trump did was criminal.
In point of fact , given the current stance of the Justice Department (IE A sitting President can not be charged with a crime, why would there even need to be such an investigation?)
I'm not sure why you are having such a hard time with simple English, but Trump is not being investigated , PERIOD. His name may turn up in connection with others who are , but that's it.
