I think that’s what happened to my in laws. They logged on and saw only uppers available. They assumed it was an error and kept refreshing. After 2-3 times the site quit responding so they called their ticket rep. He’s supposed to “take care of it” but was fielding lots of calls. They have had half season tickets for 7-8 years. Lots of ticket, concession and merchandise dollars spent over that time while watching crap basketball. Fans who show up good times and bad. They are a category of the fan base they don’t want to alienate. That’s what makes it hard for the Pels to say “Opps! Nothing we can do now. Lesson learned.” Especially for a second round series with GS.

It would help if the NBA would come out and set some dates in stone. They could come out and say if GS wins Game 5 then series would start Sat. Then go Mon, Thu, Sat. If GS-SA goes 6, the series starts Sun then Tue, Fri, Sun and so on. Instead Pels fans are sitting here wanting to buy tickets and not knowing when they'll be for.
Add on to that this market isn't used to this type of thing and we got a cluster*. I think the answer is to open up tickets for STH to purchase tickets, but no more than the number of tickets they've had all season. Then open it up for public. STH's shouldn't be able to purchase extra tickets just so they can sell them back. This never should have been done with a code word too. Too easy for it to get out, hell it was the original post of this thread
