Am I the only one who thought the dad and the brother were involved in some capacity.

Every statement from Casey's story proved to be a lie.

Didn't report her child missing for a month, probably would have been more if it weren't for her mom questioning it.

The trunk clearly had major decomposition in it. There is a major difference between pizza and a body decomposing

Chloroform searches on the computer. The mom's testimony on the dog eating some plant was bullshite.

The fake baby sitter was proven to be a lie.

Where she worked (Universal) and her whereabouts on occasions were all lies

You then have the duct tape and the heart stickers.

I am not sure how much more circumstantial it could possibly be.


Personally based off her past and her priorities she liked to party and be social. She was probably tired of having to deal with the kid for a night and want to go out for drinks. She chloroformed the kid and accidentally killed her in the process. After that it was a messy coverup. not to try to get into any trouble, she kept the kids' body in the car for an extended period of time before she finally had help (either dad or brother) expose of the body not far from the house.

The defense threw so much random shite at the jury that it was enough. It was a good job on their part, but I think everyone knows she did it.
