First of all, there needn’t be some “grand plan”. You just need a bunch of like-minded individuals to be in charge of these things and capable of manipulating general “popular” opinion, and have those individuals all want to reshape society, and that’s what we’ve had for a long time.

Your question could be answered in many ways. One way is that regardless of whether mass miscegenation of all races (all but one) itself is a bad thing, the hidden manipulation itself is a bad thing, and it’s good to have it exposed.
