head west if you are in BR till you get to the east bank of the mighty Mississippi river, toss in the largest and cheapest can of dog food you can find after punching a bunch of ice pick holes in it, wait 30 minutes, fish on the bottom and catch all the catfish you want...

beware...there are some MONSTER catfish out there...
regulars use offshore tackle for the big ones...
