Couple of things stand out here:
1. this a private school so they were paying tuition to have her son mistreated. She gonna get paid

2. this school specializes in special needs kids, this is a bad look all the way around for them and they will need it to go away quickly

3. the mom in this definitely has an agenda and using Facebook as a public forum for this before even speaking to the school is pretty trashy and attention whorish.

4. the principal seemed to sense they are in deep doo-doo and there is most definitely some sort of history between the school and the mom

I think there's more to the story and probably some history between mom and the school, but that doesn't excuse the behavior of the teachers. They were wrong. Mom noticed problems with the child at home suddenly and suspected it was a teacher issue. Seems there must have been a reason for that like something happened before. Regardless, again, the behavior of the teachers is inexcusable.

I think it's odd that one was fired and the other is getting to stay until the end of the semester. I'd like to know what's up with that. If the school wants to save some face, you'd think they'd get rid of both teachers poste haste.

I agree that mom should have stayed off social media with this and taken it up with the school or at least consulted an attorney before plastering it out in public, particularly since their may be an issue with recording the teachers. I guess she figured it was like having a nanny cam, but with only audio.

I wonder if the child is still at that school?

The whole story is sad.

It’s so sad that people make ASSUMPTIONS based on little to no facts what so ever !

I have known Camden and his mother Milissa for several YEARS! I know this story probably better than anyone ...

When Camden got home from school Milissa listened to the recording, Called me right after and asked what I would do in this situation because I to also have a special Needs child.

She sent me a copy of the recording on a flash drive. I immediately uploaded a small portion of the recording to YouTube and then posted the link to Facebook! I was the one that posted this to social media NOT the mother! The only reason the mom has an attorney is because the para has contacted myself and the mother over and over again and then called the police on both of us! Also video was shared on March 23!!!!! The news just got involved! Also the mother did reach out to the principal several times and was told by office staff she doesn’t have time to talk to parents !
