The bank fraud is against his lawyer and is thrown in on top of the campaign finance charge (not all that serious, really) because it carries 30 years and provides more leverage.
Typical prosecutorial BS. -kinda like if you got a speeding ticket and they threw 'reckless endangerment' or some such just to rattle your cage...
