Because he's a civil libertarian who believes the government should NEVER have access at all under ANY circumstances. But he also recognizes the practical, that a so called clean team, probably a federal judge in this instance, will be charged with removing anything that falls under the attorney client privilege rule before investigators can get a hold of it.

YOu are 100% wrong every time you claim that investigators targeted material related to Trump and COhen's communication here, they did not. They merely swept up EVERYTHING and that included some of this stuff, which Dersh also said.
