I really enjoyed the tours at Nickel and Nickel as well as Cakebread Cellars. Ran into a guy in overalls and boots in the back area and had a long conversation about food in NOLA and got to try a bunch of wines right out of the barrel. Turned out it was Jack Cakebread. I didn’t find out until later who I was talking with.
Also ate at Mustards Grill. It was excellent.
