First of all,

Second, I lived in a predominantly black apartment complex and the noise problem is fricking ridiculous, as is the leaving trash everywhere on a regular basis problem. Knocking on your neighbor's door isn't going to do shite when they are blasting subwoofers at full volume everyday or shouting as they navigate the complex. They clearly give no fricks about other people's consideration. Also, here's a fricking thought, be respectful of people around you and eliminate your behaviors that piss off other people.

Call it what you will but I intend to never live in a predominantly black area again. It's an utterly miserable experience.
