Yes. Get it treated with a diode laser as soon as you start feeling the tingle. If you're early enough you can stop it from erupting.

Last time I felt one coming on I took a qtip, soaked it in rubbing alcohol and applied it to the sore area every 30 minutes literally all day. It ended up not turning into a blister and went away. Not sure if it worked Or not but.. i guess it did.
Be careful breathing after while applying.. after 8 hours I was going in and out of being buzzed lol
