I'm soon to be 57 and have had a Total Knee Replacement on my Rt. Knee Nov. of 2015.
I've certainly done my part in the past to make Gumplandia #1 in Opiate RXs.
imho,there shouldn't be Heroin in every little City,Town,and Community in America.
I don't know the answer.
Right now the "Band-aid" has been equipping all Rescue Personal with Narcon.
They're bringing most ODs back to life.
