GMOAT? During Woody Dumas' tenure you could go almost anywhere in the parish and the crime rate was low. Leo's liked their jobs and did not view citizens as ATM's, or enemy combatants.

Problem is BR is getting more dangerous.
Middle class is moving out and areas are going down.
Neighborhoods that were decent and had less calls 10 to 15 yrs ago now have a higher rate of calls.
I feel in a way for these guys as far as the workload has gone up while the pay along with staffing the districts has not caught up with the changes in BR.
You have a mayor that is against you, Police Chief that has no clue what he is doing (state police have no experience in being city police different calls), and low morale you will lose the younger officer or officers that can retire. All you will have left is the guys stuck trying to get their retirement.
