This years team is a little different compared to past ones. Where we would have years where we were almost in post season form from week one, this one has continuously build on each week and continues to improve and pick up confidence.
Vault is showing some life but we need better results from our 1 1/2s. Ruby issue this Saturday was she went for a stick and tried not to move at all, and she went backwards while off balance, never should have happened. Edwards has improved quite a bit with her vaults, so instead of under rotating, she is over rotating more so she sees way better scores. Edney and Myia need to stick or have a .05 hop at minimum.
Bars has kinda hurt us in post season for many years as OU usually separated themselves a lot on that event alone. This year its by far LSU's bread and butter. Durante is a major addition and will be an all american for us for many years on bars, she is no doubt hammered just because she is first in the lineup
Beam if LSU can hit the way they can is another story. Desiderio has been as consistent as anyone and puts up major scores. Campbell these last two weeks has had complete and phenomenal beam routine, if she does her job on the dismount last week she had a top score.
Reality is LSU will have to truly hit the day of Super Six. All that matters

I think it's going to come down to if they can stick some vaults, and hit beam flawlessly routine by routine. I do still feel like the door will have to be cracked by OU though.
I'm worried about nerves in the seniors believe it or not. Erin showed nerves on beam the last two meets. Myia has been a little inconsistent on floor lately.
Also, we will start on beam in the semifinals. I don't like that at all. Does anyone else have thoughts on that?
