Another question please.

So I have a network switch because I prefer PC's, TV's (firetv and Android), and xbone to be hardwired and phones/Google speakers on wifi. Would I just plug the Google WiFi into a port on the switch? Or probably use the ports on the modem for the switch and the Google wifi. Hopefully they can work together.

I believe it has two Ethernet ports on the back so you should be good connecting the switch to the router.

I would go modem > google wi-fi > switch. If you have more than one google Wi-Fi puck and are using them in mesh mode, you have to do it this way. Per google documentation they won’t work correctly if the main puck and the mesh pucks are all after the same switch.
