The uniparty (The R's and the D's) purposely did this so the monster would go through because no one wants a govt shutdown. Trump is about compromise and I imagine that hecompromised because the U.S. Military get a lot of money.

He won't veto it and a lot of people(including myself) will not vote for him for a second term because of this.
