i turned off dave chapelle and chris rocks new specials for being too political, and I love both comedians.
Im enjoying the hell out of this game and have no attachment. It's my first FC game.
There is nothing wrong with the story. I am not offended. I get to kill bad guys.
Who should be offended, people who think like the seed family?

It's not a deep and well-crafted story, but I don't think anyone has ever played Far Cry for the main plot. The villains are usually interesting. That's it.
I think it's easier to "reconcile" — if you have to do that for a dang game — blowing away crazy, murderous cultists in Montana than [insert foreign placeholder here] like other games.

The game has been purposefully vague in key areas in the political commentary. They take a jab at "who is running things". Well, who is that? Leftists can be like "Yea frick Trump!". On the other hand, the antagonists are all crazy right wing lunatics, so maybe they are saying frick Obama.
In actuality, the story is about a crazy religious zealot that is pissed off at the country and world and wants to cleanse it. If that is too political for you, probably should play video games

I don't know what it is about Trump supporters but they get way too easily offended by political jokes/satire than in years past with other presidents. Buyer's remorse I guess.

Sorry to hear. Chappelles spill wasn't that bad. Rocks on the other hand sucked.
