Then why don't we do what Texas, etc, other states do?
Why be different?
I mean... when you are 49/50 in EVERYTHING... maybe we should consider copying the models used in other states. Just a thought.

With Texas specifically we are doing exactly what they do, plus a test
Their license is called a nursery floral license. I'm pretty sure I mentioned this to you directly earlier.
$75 For Floral Shop
Something like Georgia does makes sense. Licensure if you sell potted plants, which almost every florist does. Get rid of the Test and just perform regular inspections of the shop.
