Tom Herman's career isnt built upon being the worst coach ever at a program full of shite coaches. Tom Herman didnt swear he had learned from those mistakes and then proceed to make those same mistakes.

Herman also improved his team and won his bowl game. Then out recruited O badly. He is doing a good job
