Under ordinary circumstances, a guy like McCabe would be seen as a prestige hire in the private sector where he would have the role of a consultant or something and actually have to do very little work for a very large paycheck.

It’s not like a person like that actually would need their pension.

In his case, it will just depend on how sullied he is when he comes out of the other side of this.
