Because the entire Michigan team made a big stink about coming back to win a National Title.

And Appy State plays little boy pants football from a lower-tier that people scoff at.

And Michigan was preseason ranked #4 in the country.

I don't care how bad you end up being.

AND THEY WEREN'T TERRIBLE. To the poster that said they were terrible. They went 9-4 and finished 6-2 in the BIG10, beat #9 Florida and finished #19 in the country.

No Top 25 team should ever lose to a 1-AA team.

Especially teams that beat the SEC runner-up like Michigan did.
