When has anyone every benefited from diversity, other than the person who got hired because of their skin color? Seriously. What does it do?

Progressives are so very racist that they reject the very reasoning behind “diversity” to focus solely on the skin color.

Supposedly it helps idea generation. Of course, generating ideas is about 1% of the workforce load, so it is mostly used for holding back whites and progressing incompetent blacks.
