Then some ab work

Then 3 x 20 leg extension and leg curl machines

Going to my first CrossFit workout tonight... am I going to die? I’ve never done a thruster before.



Front Squats
1x1 @ 90%
2x2 @ 20-35lbs less

8min AMRAP
12 DB thrusters
9 decline pushups
12 kettleball Russian twists

Rest 4 minutes

8min AMRAP
12 DB thrusters
9 DB Romanian DL
12 sit-ups
