30 man makers
1 mile run
Then
3 X 20 leg extensions and leg curl machines

Workout of the Day
“Triple Baseline”

3 Rounds:

500m Row
40 Air Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups
Rest 5 Minutes

Record all 3 scores



I only did two rounds. First round I did in 5:44 with knee push ups and jumping Pullups. 2nd round 7:24 and was seeing stars and dizzy. Only 2 rounds was a scaling option.
