PSA fellas and lady:

It is HOT. Had 20 min EMOM at lunch if 100 m sprints in minute 1 max devils press next min. It was like running in a sauna.

Good news is I was able to string pull ups in a second workout. Had been relying on doubles and quick singles too long.

Kb swing- 10 down (53)
Burpees- 10 down

5 min rest

5 rounds- 90s rest
High pull x 8 (135)
1 min of sitting lateral raises on each- (10)
Ghd situps x 10
Assault bike- 10 cals
