5 Rounds

on a 2:00 clock

run 200m
max db clean and jerk (50# dbells)

Rest 2:00 between rounds

i kept it at 12 reps each round except one and I got 11 that round

Redo of 19.3 at lunch: 101 Rx

Got to HSPUs at 8:30ish but was gassed and could only get 11.

I’ll go back at 6 for the class workout that Hulk just finished but I’ll go Rx.
