Workout of the Day

10 Rounds: Alternate Rounds with Partner

5 Chest to Bar
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20 inches)
5 Power Snatches (115/85)

I did jumping c2b, burpee box step overs, and 85lb snatches. Partner Rx'd. We got 11:22

5 Rounds

on a 2:00 clock

run 200m
max db clean and jerk (50# dbells)

Rest 2:00 between rounds

i kept it at 12 reps each round except one and I got 11 that round
